* Industry Analysis: Conduct thorough industry analysis, explore customer needs through data analysis, and adjust strategies accordingly based on market trends.
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in operations, brand management, or platform operations.
* Prior experience in local seller and vendor networks is highly valued.
* Strong analytical skills to analyze industry trends, project management, and summarize findings.
* Able to develop market exploration and marketing innovation capabilities, guiding overall supplier marketing plans.
