Key Responsibilities:

* Work with leads to provide technical pre-sale assistance, Wialon and IoT introduction, demo delivery, and close technical blockers.
">
* Develop partners' technical expertise and understanding of the IoT domain through software and hardware-related consultations and trainings.
">
* Provide full-range support activities for Wialon-based projects, including migration, retention, and onboarding new clients to Wialon.
">
* Evaluate partners' employees' expertise through certification and guidance on the HW integration process and HW partners test accounts management.
">
* Holding public training sessions and webinars to extend the number of possible scenarios for using Wialon.
">
">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">
">
* Advanced English language skills and strong knowledge of Portuguese (desired).
">
* Experience in technical support or training, including management of technical variables and live interaction with customers.
">
* University degree in computer engineering, systems, or related/technical background.
">
* High productivity level, ability to set priorities, plan day based on incoming requests, force majeure, tasks from Team Lead, and personal work goals.
">
* Strong knowledge of building fruitful partnerships, provision of high-quality service, diplomacy, attention to details, honesty.
">
* Fast learner, ability to switch focus easily within a high number of incoming tasks.

* Excellent business correspondence and communication skills.
