We deliver footage and instructions, for you to edit the videos.All our editors are in our Discord server and fast communication is very important to us.When a video is ready to be edited, we announce it on a Discord channel, any editor can then accept the job if they want it (they can work as much or as little as they want).For anyone applying, I'll send one ad for editing as an exercise - if it gets approved, we'll add you :)Please spend no more than 1 hour on the assessment (even if you submit an unfinished 15 second video, rather than the full 30 second video)When submitting the assessment, please include your hourly rate and how long the full video would take to complete
