We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to provide technical support for our employees.
* Spoken and written English
* IT support or systems administration experience
* Knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems, and cloud platforms
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
* Endpoint management, SaaS administration, and automation tools
* Cybersecurity best practices, including MFA, VPNs, patch management, and incident response
* Interpersonal and communication skills, ability to train non-technical users
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks
* Provide internal IT support for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms
* Deploy and integrate new productivity and collaboration tools
* Monitor and maintain endpoint security
* Assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning
