Blockchain Engineering Manager Job
A blockchain engineering manager is responsible for leading and mentoring a distributed team of software engineers. The role requires driving execution, ensuring technical excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture that delivers reliable, scalable, and high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
2. Partner with the CTO and Product Manager to translate product roadmaps into engineering execution plans.
3. Manage delivery timelines, resources, and technical dependencies to ensure on-time releases.
4. Proactively identify and remove blockers, ensuring team productivity and alignment.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* 7+ years of software development experience, including 6+ years in an engineering leadership or management role.
* Familiarity with blockchains such as Ethereum and other blockchains preferred.
* Software engineering background in frontend and backend services development.
* An understanding of microservice architecture and cloud-based deployments.
