Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support the launch and promotion of medical device products in the local market, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
* Establish the company\'s presence in key exhibitions and annual conferences to increase the brand awareness.
* Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights. Utilize data-driven approaches to make strategic decisions.
* Engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and medical associations.
Requirements
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master\'s degree is desirable.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device marketing, with a proven track record of successful product launches and driving revenue growth.
* In-depth knowledge of the medical device industry, including regulatory requirements and healthcare market dynamics.
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
