Senior Talent Acquisition Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment or HR roles, with a focus on talent acquisition and proven experience in client-facing roles.
This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
* Act as the primary point of contact between clients and Randstad, overseeing the performance of the recruitment delivery team and ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
* Analyze operational data and identify trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
* Presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients, showcasing a strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured, professional presence.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
* Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
* Native Portuguese, fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
