GERENTE DE SERVIÇOS - TI at ILHA SERVICE TECNOLOGIA LTDA.

This role is part of a growing IT services team dedicated to ensuring high-quality technical support and service delivery.

Base Pay Range

Salary: R$5.262,45 (base pay). Additional benefits are listed under "What We Offer".

What We Are Looking For Education

Superior degree (complete) in computer science or any related field plus a postgraduate course in information technology with a minimum of 360 hours, recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC).

IT

Language: Portuguese.

Experience

6 months.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise the execution of service activities by local support staff.
* Guide operators during critical situations and interact with clients when required.
* Define initial and ongoing training plans for service staff.
* Implement and maintain the work schedule for local support personnel.
* Escalate unresolved requests from local support to client groups and units responsible for resolution.
* Perform equipment transfer procedures in the client's official system for any device moved by the team.
* Control IT equipment requests from technicians across subsections.
* Coordinate delivery of requested items to the transportation department.
* Prepare monthly IMR reports for 2nd and 3rd level support from the client's ticketing system.
* When requested by the contract manager, produce management reports on local support activities.
* Execute additional services related to local support management linked to the contract object.
* Carry out all activities outlined in Annex 2 relevant to your professional profile.
Specific Knowledge and Certifications
* ITIL Foundation v3 or higher (certification required).
* Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) Windows 7 or higher.
* HDI SCTL (Support Center Team Lead) certification.
