Delivery Manager
We're seeking a skilled Delivery Manager to oversee delivery execution across intricate, cross-functional initiatives in an agile engineering environment.
This role sits at the center of business, product, and engineering — translating priorities into action, driving clarity, and ensuring work is delivered with quality and consistency.
This is a hands-on, client-facing position for someone who enjoys taking ownership, navigating ambiguity, and keeping teams aligned and moving.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, from planning through execution and completion
* Development and management of delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination
* Close partnership with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking (Jira)
* Primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams
* Risk identification and mitigation, blocker resolution, and plan adjustments as priorities evolve
* Facilitation of working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed
* Support of prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis
* Continuous improvement of delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability
* Tracking and reporting on delivery progress using appropriate metrics and tools
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity
* Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs
* Basic SQL skills and familiarity with finance or accounting concepts are a plus, but not required
