This is a remote position, you can be located anywhere in Brazil. Rock is a global leader in content marketing, with offices in four countries, so English is our official language. Therefore, you will be tested on English language proficiency, and the results will be available by the end of the test. Your goal as an IT Assistant is to provide software support for employees and assist with the maintenance and implementation of IT solutions. Your impact: - Provide level 2 support for software and IT environment, helping rockers with their IT doubts and issues; - Communicate with stakeholders and ticket requestors; - Monitor ticket solution; - Align expectations with employees regarding support problem-solving and status; - Gather feedback from end users about system performance; - Install and upgrade antivirus software; - Set up new user accounts and profiles and handle password issues; - Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. What we're looking for: - Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related field; - Basic knowledge of google workspace, Microsoft 365, system security, and troubleshooting; - Good communication skills; - An analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude; - Ability to provide technical support and resolve queries; - Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT; - Advanced English skills.
