We are looking for aTech Lead Developerwith strong hands-on experience inAWS Lambda, Step Functions, andNodeJS, to lead the design and implementation of solutions for a large-scaleBusiness Process Automationproject focused on customer notifications.
??Key Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and maintain serverless applications using AWS services
Write clean, efficient, and scalableNodeJScode for AWS Lambda functions
Design Step Function workflows to orchestrate complex processes
Optimize performance, cost, and reliability of serverless solutions
Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Product, QA)
Lead by example through code reviews and best practices
??Required Qualifications
Experience withNodeJSdevelopment
Proven expertise in AWS serverless architecture, including:
Lambda, Step Functions, S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis, EventBridge, SQS, API Gateway
Experience withTerraformfor IaC
Strong SQL and data modeling skills
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions)
Fluency inEnglish(written & spoken)
Available to work aligned withPacific Time (PST)

AWS certification (Developer / Solutions Architect)
Experience withPostgreSQL, DynamoDB Streams, Elasticache/DAX
Knowledge ofSplunk,Serverless Framework,ECS/Fargate
Understanding ofdisaster recovery practicesandadvanced DynamoDB modeling
