We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of computer systems, networks, and cloud platforms.
 * Key Responsibilities:
 * Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees.
 * Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests.
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
 * Support the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools.
 * Monitor and maintain endpoint security.
 * Assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
 * Conduct regular software updates and security patching.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
 * A working level of spoken and written English.
 * Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
 * Deep knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms.
 * Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
