Job Overview
The role of a Quality Assurance Specialist involves leveraging AI-driven tools to generate, maintain, and optimize test cases, test data, and test automation against applications running on the Salesforce Platform.
* Utilize AI-driven tools to predict defects, optimize test coverage, and accelerate delivery.
* Prioritize and drive forward the QA practice with a high degree of autonomy.
* Identify and propose strategies for technical and testing problems affecting the team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and Mitigate Technical Risk:
* Analyze and mitigate technical risk across projects.
* Leverage predictive analytics to identify defect-prone areas and prioritize risk-based testing.
* Collaborate with developers, architects, and product managers to integrate AI-powered quality checks into CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
* 3+ years of proven experience in software quality engineering, test automation, or SDET roles.
* Experience across the breadth of application testing types.
* Proven experience with testing against the Salesforce Platform.
Preferred Skills
Desirable Skills and Abilities:
* Strong programming skills in languages like C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, SQL.
* Understanding of AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience using AI-enabled development and testing tools.
