The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, coordinating the delivery of tools and fabrication, overseeing personnel management, and tracking labor efficiency. They will also represent the company at job progress meetings and initiate change orders as necessary.
* Create detailed job schedules
* Coordinate tool and fabrication delivery to meet project needs
* Manage project personnel effectively and track labor efficiency metrics
* Represent the company at job progress meetings to ensure smooth project execution
* Initiate change orders as required to maintain project objectives
* Complete contract progress billings in a timely manner
* Estimate remaining cost-to-complete for monthly WIP reporting purposes
* Oversee daily project operations to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
