OverviewINTech Latam is seeking a self-driven, highly organized Executive Assistant to support two Directors of Software Development in Seattle in a large multi-location organization. This role requires superior attention to detail, strong organization and project management skills, and the ability to work independently with sound judgment. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals are essential. A proven track-record in working across multiple time-zones at scale is a necessary trait.The successful candidate will be able to complete complex tasks quickly with little guidance, react with urgency when needed, take effective action without the full picture, and proactively solve difficult problems that affect people within the department or related groups.
