Community Manager and Social Media Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated Community Manager and Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, engaging with the tech and startup community, and driving social selling initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, account management, sales, or a similar environment. Experience and network in the HR/recruiting industry is also essential. Fluency in English (spoken, listening, and written) is mandatory.
The successful candidate will be proactive, solution-oriented, and possess great analytical skills. They will be able to build rapport and establish credibility with clients, identify business opportunities, and market gaps. Ambition to stay and grow with the company long-term, with a focus on expanding our client base, is also required.
A flair for sales and negotiation is necessary, as well as an understanding of recruitment. A strong LinkedIn presence is a must, along with excellent communication skills and a personable approach. Efficiency and attention to detail are also essential qualities for this role.
