Project Integration Lead Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Integration Lead to oversee the integration and coordination of various IT projects within our organization. As a technical expert, you will be responsible for ensuring that project implementations align with architectural design, guiding cross-functional teams, and fostering communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
1. Main Responsibilities:
* Technical Leadership: Act as a technical lead to ensure that project implementations meet organizational standards and requirements
* Integration Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive integration plans for IT projects, assessing the compatibility and interoperability of different systems and technologies through thorough testing and evaluation
* Project Management: Plan and manage the timelines and deliverables of integration projects, allocating and managing resources effectively, including budgeting and staffing
* Risk Management: Identify and resolve integration issues and technical challenges through troubleshooting and collaboration with technical teams, conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track
* Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the integration process, preparing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
Essential Requirements (Hard Skills):
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, integration, or related field
* Systems Integration: Experience with a variety of integration tools and platforms to facilitate the integration of projects
* Architecture: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and software development
* Languages: Advanced English and/or French
