Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced video editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in user-generated content and direct-response video editing.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for editing reaction videos, testimonials, and direct-response ads that drive conversions across social media platforms. This includes:
* Edit 10-15 user-generated content (UGC) videos per week from raw creator footage.
* Create compelling hooks and maintain viewer engagement throughout videos.
* Add motion graphics, text overlays, and visual effects.
* Optimize videos for different platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
* Collaborate with the creative team on video concepts and improvements.
* Evaluate brand consistency across all content.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in video editing.
* A portfolio demonstrating UGC and direct-response video work.
* Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
* Motion graphics skills, preferably using After Effects.
* An understanding of social media algorithms and video optimization.
* Fast turnaround times while maintaining quality.
* Experience working with DTC brands is a plus.
* Knowledge of AI tools is beneficial.
* Proficiency in Meta Ads is desired.
