In this role, you will support operations monitoring, resource allocation, and budget tracking -- gaining hands on experience in WFM, FP&A, performance analytics, and financial oversight within a fast paced operational environment.Job Responsibilities Operations monitoring & supportAssist in schedule adjustments and staffing reallocations based on live demand and operational needs.Track adherence to schedules and promptly communicate deviations to supervisors for corrective action.Performance reporting & data analysisLog daily occurrences and prepare basic performance reports (SLA, AHT, occupancy).Support the creation of dashboards and visualizations using excel/sheets to highlight key operational trends.Assist in the analysis of budget vs. actual spend, helping identify variances and efficiency opportunities.Cross‑functional communication & alignmentInteract with operational teams and leaders to ensure alignment on service indicators and resource plans.Communicate in portuguese and english to support local and international stakeholders.Participate in WFM and budget review meetings, documenting action items and follow ups.Tool & Process SupportInvoice registration and reconciliation after validation by business owners, ensuring accounting accuracy and fiscal compliance.In depth analysis of internal systems to align expense projections, identify variances, and adjust forecasts based on operational data.End to end management of service contracts, including renewal monitoring, cost benefit analysis, and optimization of financial termsJob Requirements Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field with expected graduation between Dec 2026 and Dec 2027;Intermediate proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and basic data analysis.Familiarity with monitoring tools, WFM software, or dashboards is desirable.Curiosity and willingness to learn SQL, Power BI, or similar tools during the internship.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.Proactivity, curiosity, and eagerness to learn and grow within WFM and budget governance.Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a dynamic environmentProficiency in English (written and spoken)Preferred qualifications (Pluses)Initial internship or academic experience in WFM, budget tracking, or data analysisPrevious experience in a multilingual service environment or contact center.Basic knowledge of performance indicators such as SLA, AHT, occupancy, and shrinkage.Courses or certifications related to WFM, budgeting, or data analytics.Familiarity with research or insights driven roles, blending user behavior analysis with operational metrics.We hope to see you soon ;)#Keeta #EatBetter #LiveBetter
