Job Title
We are seeking a remote, full-time Senior AI Engineer with 5+ years of software and AI/ML engineering experience.
In this role, you will be at the heart of our product innovation, responsible for designing, implementing, and operationalizing AI-native services that transform the utility sector. This position combines applied AI/ML expertise with strong back-end engineering skills to ensure our systems are not only functional but scalable and secure.
* AI Systems Development: Architect purpose-built AI agents for utility use cases
* Back-End Integration: Build APIs and microservices connecting AI models with enterprise systems
* Pipeline Ownership: Design and manage the complete AI pipeline from ingestion to deployment
To succeed in this role:
1. You must have 5+ years of applied ML/AI engineering experience
2. Excellent proficiency in Python is required
3. Candidates should also possess strong proficiency in Golang or another backend technology like Node.js or Java
Experience working on ERP systems or within the power utilities industry is desired
