What your day-to-day will look like
Contribute to the structuring and continuous improvement of the Payroll Budget process;
Support the definition of assumptions, methodologies, and budget and forecast cycles;
Develop and maintain payroll financial models and controls;
Document processes, workflows, and best practices;
Partner closely with People, Finance, and Payroll teams;
Support monthly payroll tracking and variance analysis;
Participate in the implementation of governance routines and checkpoints;
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and tools.
Expected profile
Experience with Payroll Budget, payroll planning, or People Financial Planning;
Background in process structuring or process improvement;
Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets;
Strong analytical and organizational skills;
Clear communication and strong collaboration with Finance-related stakeholders;
Hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in technology companies or fast‑growing environments;
Exposure to international or multi‑country payroll.
