Business Analyst – Transportation / OTM
Must Haves:
• Strong Transportation Management and Intermodal domain knowledge
• Proven experience gathering requirements and writing user stories
• Ability to document process flows and translate operational needs to IT
• Experience working between Operations and IT teams
• Fluent English communication (verbal and written)
• Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) experience required from day one
Nice to Have:
• Experience with QuantumEdge (QE) or similar TMS platforms
• Experience using Figma, Visio, or similar process mapping tools
• Exposure to global or distributed teams (LATAM, Poland, India)
• Experience supporting post go live or postcare rollouts
Day to Day:
You will act as the IT liaison between Transportation Operations and system teams, gathering, documenting, and validating operational requirements mid project. Responsibilities include translating requirements into OTM and QE system enhancements, supporting postcare rollout and future WMS implementation efforts, partnering closely with Project Managers and intermodal operations teams, documenting end to end transportation and intermodal process flows, creating and maintaining training and process documentation, ensuring tickets and enhancements are logged and tracked appropriately, and supporting rail/intermodal teams while balancing up to two projects simultaneously.

Pay: 12.51/hr to 16.67/hr USD or R$10,000 to R$13,333 monthly
