We are looking for a Business Technical Service Analyst with relevant experience in client-facing roles and PL/SQL to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
* To establish a positive rapport with clients and develop long-term relationships by understanding their business objectives and expectations.
* To assist in evaluating client business requirements and guiding them to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
* To participate in converting client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and presenting them internally and externally.
* To gain knowledge of identifying critical business impact issues from the Service Desk.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation.
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing.
