Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Visual Content Creator to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for crafting engaging visual content that brings our brand to life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop high-quality visual content across social media platforms, including graphics, presentations, and motion graphics.
* Create animated elements, including transitions, text animations, and graphics packages.
* Apply brand guidelines consistently while incorporating creative innovation.
* Utilize AI and modern creative tools to enhance ideation, design variations, motion workflows, and content exploration.
* Collaborate with creative leads and project managers to clarify briefs, address feedback, and ensure timely delivery.
* Maintain organized files and adhere to high standards of craft across motion and static work.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Motion Designer, or hybrid creative role.
* A strong portfolio showcasing brand design, social content, motion graphics, and layout expertise.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a working knowledge of Figma and presentation design tools.
* Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color systems, and brand identity.
* Ability to animate and design for modern platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, paid social, etc).
* Familiarity with AI or automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway, and Midjourney).
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and evolving briefs.
* A collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to embrace and act on feedback.
* Clear and confident communication in English, with the ability to explain design decisions and collaborate effectively with both creatives and project managers.
