We are looking for a hands‑on Automation Engineer ,who will design and build process automations across Azure, AWS, and Cortex XSOAR. Unlike typical SOC automation roles, this position focuses on process and workflow automation, data orchestration, and cross‑platform integrations. This job profile is for a senior Automation Engineer, focused on process automation and multi-cloud orchestration, much closer to automation Experience with Agentic AI, LLM‑assisted automation patterns, or orchestration using AI-driven decision logic is considered a plus. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and deploy cloud-native automation workflows, including: Azure: Functions, Logic Apps AWS: Glue Jobs, Lambda, Step Functions, S3 Develop and maintain Cortex XSOAR playbooks, integrations, Python scripts, and automation modules tailored to process automation scenarios. Create cross-platform orchestration pipelines (e.G., XSOAR → Azure → AWS) to support data flows, enrichment, and workflow execution. Build reusable automation templates and components for repeatability and rapid iteration. Implement automation CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, etc.). Ensure all automations adhere to ISRM quality standards, security requirements, and best practices. Conduct testing, validation, and documentation of automation workflows. Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of the automation capability. Required Qualifications: Strong hands-on engineering experience with Azure and AWS automation services. Practical experience building solutions using Cortex XSOAR (playbooks, integrations, Python automations). <
