Search for a Advogado(a) Trabalhista position to contribute to the success of our team. We are seeking an experienced professional in labor law to join our legal department.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of labor legislation and be able to provide strategic advice on employment-related matters. They will also be responsible for managing and negotiating labor disputes, as well as providing support to internal clients.
* Act in labor lawsuits, from risk analysis to defense strategy and court proceedings.
* Prepare reports and consultations on labor matters, acting preventively to avoid liabilities.
* Represent the company in court hearings, meetings, and negotiations, taking a proactive approach to cases involving employment relationships.
* Manage the schedule of procedural commitments, conduct hearings, trainings, launch notifications in the system, fill out systems and reports.
* Monitor changes in labor legislation and ensure the company's compliance with current regulations.
* Provide legal assistance to company managers, advising on best practices for employee relations.
* Control procedural deadlines and keep up-to-date on case progress, as well as analyze documents.
* Ensure compliance with labor obligations and prevent litigation.
Requirements and qualifications:
* Higher education in Law, with active registration at OAB.
* Experience in the labor area (contenciosa).
* Strong knowledge of labor legislation and collective labor law.
* Able to negotiate agreements and interact with various parties involved in processes.
* Availability to work on-site in Nova Odessa - SP.
