Business Intelligence Analyst
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities.
* Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
* Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling
* Manage and maintain complex financial systems and tools
* Build data-driven business cases for decision-making
* Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and 4-7+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, and business intelligence. Strong technical skills include Excel modeling, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle).
