About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, with a focus on application software development.
* 8+ years of experience in IT project management in an Agile Scrum environment.
* Prior hands-on development or coding experience.
* Proven track record of managing teams of Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft DevOps, managing user stories, epics, sprints, and Agile metrics such as burndown charts.
Responsibilities:
* Lead project planning, execution, and delivery.
* Mentor and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
* Ensure timely and within-scope project completion.
* Develop and manage project budgets.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
* Fluency in English.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Requirements:
* Experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
* Previous experience in a consulting role or possessing a consultative mindset.
* PMP certification and CSM.
