* Create user-friendly and visually appealing designs for web-based software applications.
* Better the usability and visual consistency of platforms through design improvements.
* Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop features from concept to delivery.
* Apply UX principles to simplify complex interfaces and improve user interactions.
* Maintain and evolve design systems and UI components to ensure consistency across the platform.
* Gather feedback, iterate quickly, and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
* Sometimes assist with marketing initiatives when needed.
