We are seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the technical sales process, working closely with account executives and channel account managers to drive revenue growth.
 * Key Responsibilities:
 * Manage the technical sales process, including discovery, validation, and demonstration of our products and solutions.
 * Work closely with account executives and channel account managers to develop and execute sales strategies.
 * Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
 * Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build rapport with key decision-makers.
 * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies.
 * Assist with product demonstrations, presentations, and evaluations.
Requirements:
 * Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or a related field.
 * Proven track record of success in technical sales, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and driving revenue growth.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
 * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
 * Knowledge of sales methodologies, such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
 * Experience with sales software and tools, such as Salesforce.com.
 * Fluent verbal and written communication in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
