Job Summary
This role is for an On-Site Support Specialist who will work on-site with clients to ensure a smooth and efficient deployment of IoT sensors.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide an efficient workforce for the project by working closely with the client's team to understand their needs and requirements.
* Ensure all necessary tools and equipment are available before starting work and perform all tasks in the presence of the client's stakeholders.
* Review site readiness for deployment, including rack and cabling availability, and take photographs of rack and network setup before and after work.
* Unpack and review technical specifications of IoT sensor before installation and remove existing Nozomi sensor, disconnect cables, and hand it over to the client's team.
* Install new Microsoft IoT sensor hardware, including rack mounting and connecting cables, and record the MAC address and serial number of the new IoT sensor.
* Verify all network configurations and network traffic and complete and submit the asset information form.
