As a key member of our team, you will lead the end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle, collaborating with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include ensuring traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects, overseeing data preparation in coordination with SAP platform teams, and providing leadership and mentorship to other data team members.
\
To succeed in this role, you will require 5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion, a strong understanding of SAP modules, and proficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti.
\
Agile methodologies and knowledge of data conversion tools are preferred skills, but not essential.
