We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with strong expertise in OTT, IPTV, and TV platforms to join our AgileTV team and support strategic customers across LATAM. In this role, you will ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term satisfaction of our solutions, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for our clients.

Location: São Paulo, Brazil (mandatory). Remote work with flexibility and occasional travel within LATAM.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers using AgileTV solutions (OTT, IPTV, CDN, STB).
Lead customer onboarding, technical enablement, and account health monitoring.
Act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with product, engineering, and support teams.
Guide customers on best practices, usage optimization, and integration strategies for OTT and IPTV platforms.
Organize and lead regular business reviews and performance discussions with clients.
Provide insights and data on usage, SLAs, performance metrics, and incident management.
Support renewals by ensuring customer satisfaction and demonstrating ongoing value.
Stay up to date with industry trends, OTT architecture, IPTV standards, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Account Management in OTT, IPTV, or TV platform environments.
Strong technical understanding of OTT workflows, IPTV architecture, CDN, video streaming, STB integration.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Experience managing enterprise‑level customers or high‑volume accounts in the media/telecom sector.
Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a strong plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with tools like Grafana, Kibana, or analytics dashboards.
Experience with cloud‑based OTT/CDN providers (e.g., Akamai, AWS CloudFront, Fastly).
Background in video streaming, STB ecosystems, or telecom environments.
