Enrolled in at a minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
- English Business Proficiency
- Strong data analysis skills, ability to produce, interpret and draw conclusions from data
- Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
- Organized, self-starter, a quick learner and capable and interested to work in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment.
- Experience on Supply Chain planning (S&OP, Data Analytics, BI, Capacity Planning, inventory Management)
Job summary
Key job responsibilities
- Work closely with Operations and Business teams to support the weekly forecasting process in order to assure correct assumptions are considered such as YoY and WoW growth, current trend, specific promotions, seasonality and Holidays;
- Develop, implement and manage weekly controls on inbound, outbound and inventory balancing execution, ensuring accuracy versus planned volumes per FC
- Develop, implement and manage quality and productivity metrics, supporting supply chain execution process improvements
- Responsible to support inventory balancing / transfers generating FC level forecasts based on sort type/product line restrictions, capacity constraints, inventory planning and inventory health.
- work closely with FC’s (both IB and OB) providing data and analytical support to ensure timely and accurate visibility for the operation.
- Drive standardization of tools and processes to build scalable execution plans with operations team.
- Must be an independent problem solver that can make high quality judgments and decisions quickly with excellent organization skills
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
