Check out our available positions!Responsibilities and DutiesEnsure all clients in the base are visited and receive proper service;Maintain service standards for all clients, identifying issues and opportunities for relationship improvement;Map market opportunities and threats in each region, providing insights to management, and visiting clients and prospects;Recruit, select, and onboard new representatives;Manage the regional client portfolio: prospect new clients and maintain existing relationships;Implement actions to improve sales campaign performance.Requirements and QualificationsNecessaryHigher education in administration, engineering, or related fields;At least 2 years of experience in sales processes, client prospecting, service, and negotiation.DesirablePostgraduate degree or MBA in commercial or marketing fields;Experience in selling motorcycle parts.Necessary SkillsProficiency in MS Office, sales processes, client relationship management, and organization;Active listening, persistence, teamwork, logical reasoning, critical thinking, leadership.Desirable SkillsAmbition, engagement, adaptability.Additional InformationSchedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00; Saturday from 8:00 to 12:00.Benefits: Transportation allowance, health plan, meal allowance, on-site meals.
