We are looking for a FULL-TIME Customer Success Manager to be the main point of contact between our customers and our technical team.


This is a 100% remote position - you'll work from home in your own country. (No relocation.)


CLEAR, CONFIDENT ENGLISH IS OUR #1 REQUIREMENT.


You will be speaking directly with our US-based customers on live calls, demos, and video meetings, so you need to communicate comfortably and be easily understood in real time.


We will do a short video call early in the process - for this role, that conversation matters more than anything on your resume.


No programming or technical background is required. You do not need to be a developer.


We will fully train you on our system, our industry (primarily oil and natural gas), and our software tools. You will be paid your normal salary during training.



What you will do:


* Respond to customer support tickets - professionally and promptly.
* Present product demos to potential customers (we set up and schedule these - you walk them through it).
* Run weekly status meetings with our support and development team to make sure customer issues are handled properly and on time.
* Be the organized, reliable person who keeps things moving and follows through.



What we are looking for:


* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Strong organization and follow-through.
* Comfortable talking with customers and presenting.
* Professional, calm, and genuinely good with people.
* A self-starter who makes sure things get done.



Our Company is Deep Fork Automation, and you will join a team of 10 (most of whom are international remote workers).

We work in Automation, SCADA and Remote Monitoring.

You will be paid in US Dollars. On top of monthly salary, we include National holidays off, Paid Time Off, and other benefits.

Additionally, we have annual performance reviews with raises and bonuses.

Your schedule will follow US business hours so you can support our customers and coordinate with the team.
