Job Title: Agile Practice Leader
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Agile practice, supporting multiple teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of our software development processes.
About the Opportunity
We have a long-term project that requires a dedicated Scrum Master to work closely with our Product and Engineering team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone comfortable working in a distributed environment and collaborating with Agile leadership.
Experience Level
Mid-level professionals with 2-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies ensuring alignment with Agile principles
- Support and guide one or more Scrum teams
- Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
- Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
- Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
- Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certifications are a plus
- Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
- Experience working with distributed global teams
