Under the authority of the Division Commercial Director, build the field force action plan to implement the division strategy in line with commercial and brand strategies.
Responsibilities include:
1. Piloting performances and KPIs related to sell-in and sell-out drivers.
2. Setting individual qualitative and quantitative objectives for the field team, including turnover, launches, assortment, space and visibility, training, incentives, and promotional activities, tailored to the region and channel.
3. Ensuring efficient communication flow between stakeholders such as the field team, headquarters, and retailer’s regional HQ and stores.
4. Defining the field organization in collaboration with the commercial director.
5. Recruiting, coaching, and motivating the team, fostering a culture of in-store excellence alongside regional sales managers.
6. Building and leveraging the field team bonus scheme.
