Business Data Analyst
We are seeking a skilled Business Data Analyst to join our team.
* Key responsibilities:
1. Work closely with product managers and product owners to gather business requirements and document them.
2. Participate in Agile Product Delivery.
3. Familiarity with Power BI, Snowflake, SAP ERP, and SAP HANA, as well as SQL knowledge is highly valued.
4. Leverage reporting tools for analysis, such as Office and Power BI.
5. Develop roadmaps to drive the company forward.
6. Serve as a liaison across all areas, including business units, information technology, and outside customers by investigating relevant information and creating recommendations.
7. Continuously refine Product Backlog Items together with the Scrum Team and other subject matter experts to ensure the team understands those items to the level needed for them to estimate and plan work during sprint planning.
8. An established background in launching software/solutions or services in partnership with business and engineering teams is required.
9. High proficiency in wireframes, prototyping, iterative development, and understanding of agile principles is necessary.
10. The ability to inspire a team to act as a small business jointly accountable for its product is essential.
11. Experience driving end-to-end delivery of highly innovative products, including a wide variety of mechanisms (e.g., digital core, dashboards, APIs, cloud, e-commerce, real-time alerts, artificial intelligence) is required.
12. Outstanding organizational, communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills at all levels are necessary.
14. Familiarity with MS Power BI for business reporting and self-service is required.
15. Prior experience working for a global, highly matrixed, Consumer Packaged Goods company, preferably in the Supply Chain domains is an asset.
16. Knowledge of the CPG market, industry trends, and customer needs to inform the product vision and roadmap is essential.
17. Experience creating automated data quality management rules is required.

* A strong understanding of business operations and processes is required.
* Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Power BI, is an asset.
* This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
