Technical Program Manager
We are seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager to oversee the delivery of key customer projects across various technological tracks.
* Ensure timely project delivery by collaborating with technology teams and managing budgets effectively.
* Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand project scope and ensure documentation meets defined standards.
* Lead teams across technologies, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting productivity.
* Collaborate with project management office teams to maintain quality control procedures and high standards in delivery.
* Act as a delivery point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and managing expectations effectively.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience in software development project management, including onshore/Nearshore/offshore models.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with thought leadership ability.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
