This position provides day-to-day Sales delivery to Agfa customers and the Agfa organization. The Key Account Manager acts as single point of contact to customers for Agfa products & services and is responsible for identifying opportunities, creating an account strategy, coordinating and controlling the sales process, managing customer expectations and negotiating contracts. Cultivating relationships (making, creating and establishing) is essential.
Accounts are a combination of products & solutions of high technical complexity.
The accounts entails also competitive and innovating/new products.
**Job Duties & Accountabilities**:
- Accountability to establish and build strong client relationships over time that allow for continuity.
- Accountability for ongoing representation of sales, support and service delivery programs
- Accountability for profitable offer calculation, submission and contract management
- Accountability for over dues.
**Education**:
- Preferable technical level or higher in Administration, Communication, Marketing & Sales. Biomedic
**Experience**:
- 5 years in the Healthcare business (Imaging & Radiology Sector)
**Specific Skills**:
- Ability to sell Radiology devices (CR/DR) in high and medium accounts
- Has empathy and develops understanding for a costumer needs
- Can add value to a customer life, not only once the deal is made but during the sales process
- Is skilled in asking questions to get to the bottom of any hesitations or objections
- Can quickly extract the value that their proposal will bring for the prospect's business
- Knowledge and Background in Radiology Imaging Products ( equipment and consumables)
- Accountability
- Relationship Building
- Knowledge in CRM administration (ex Sales One, Sales force)
