As a seasoned IT professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Jira instances.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in system administration, configuration, and customization of Atlassian tools. Experience with portfolio management teams and analytics/reporting is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance and Administration of Jira Software (Cloud) and Atlassian suite of products
2. Strong knowledge in analytics and reporting experience
3. Prior working knowledge in a portfolio management team preferred
4. Strong knowledge on system administration, configuration, and customization of Atlassian tools mainly Jira
5. Preferred Mural knowledge
6. Preferred Scripting knowledge
7. Knowledge in CI/CD tools integration and maintenance
8. Service now knowledge preferred
9. Installs, configures, and manages Jira instances
10. Create and configure new projects, schemes, and assets
11. Vet, install, and upgrade apps, plugins and integrations
12. Monitor and ensure the overall health of the application
13. Perform/Coordinate application upgrades if needed
14. Manage users, groups, and access, training etc
15. Debug errors if any and assist in issue resolution of Jira instances/other tools by interacting with Atlassian/vendors

19. Reporting and Analytics knowledge from Jira and other systems
20. Prior working experience in a portfolio management team understanding process and assist in report generation and maintaining data integrity in tools such as Jira

22. Maintain Mural user groups, access and administration
23. Ticket handling in Service now related to Jira/Atlassian products
