Our basic qualifications require you to be based in LATAM, have 8+ years of hands-on technical experience in your chosen domain, strong knowledge of coding, architecture, and design patterns, prior experience in interviewing, mentoring, or technical training, excellent communication skills in English and/or Spanish, and ability to conduct structured and unbiased evaluations.
