What will be your responsibilities?
* Coordinate the daily activities of a team of production professionals to ensure that production operations occur according to specifications and production schedules; volume, cost, and waste targets; and quality standards.
* Monitor the volume and quality of production and adjust tasks, time, configuration, or inputs so that production specifications are met and resources are used efficiently.
* Supervise employees to ensure that all production tasks are performed and all equipment and machines are operated safely. Provide support to the production chain, ensuring that production meets the expected volumes, quality, and costs of the business and safety and conservation standards.
* Ensure the correct operation of equipment associated with the process, establishing and maintaining safe operating standards. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards by all processes in the unit, including third-party operations.
* Promote growth and improvement in the unit. Participate and help implement new projects in the unit.
* Help the production team achieve maturity by training employees and creating a good work environment that motivates and engages people.
* Have an active role in the organization, acting as a spokesperson for corporate communication in the unit.
What are we looking for?
* Complete Technical Education in Production, Chemistry, or Mechanics;
* Consolidated experience in Industrial Production Process;
* Consolidated experience in People Management;
* Intermediate Office Package;
Desirable
* Higher Education in Production Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields.
* Intermediate English.
* Knowledge of SAP.
