Job Title
In this challenging role, you will lead the technical SAP implementation and co-ordinate with project teams to achieve successful localization and deployment of a greenfield global template in the RISE private cloud.
* You will oversee technical SAP tasks throughout the life cycle of the project.
* Collaborate with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers and stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned sequence.
* Manage traceability between technical requirements, business needs, deliverables, testing and defect resolution through go-live.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to cutover team members adhering to SAP S/4HANA best practices.
Monitor and report technical cutover progress, risks and actions to project leaders using project management tools and other communication channels.
Key Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in SAP technical cutover management, preferably 5+ years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g. FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW) and their integration points.
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting and defect resolution is essential for this Technical Cutover Manager to manage all technical activities.
* Excellent stakeholder management, coordination and communication skills.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
