Job Summary
The Data Analyst will be responsible for transforming raw data into strategic information that supports decision-making across various company departments. Working closely with Project, Commercial, Production, Logistics, HR, and Finance teams, this professional will develop dashboards, management reports, and performance indicators, promoting consistent analysis, process automation, and information standardization. The role requires strong analytical skills, organization, and good communication to translate complex data into practical and accessible insights.
Requirements (Hard and Soft Skills)
* Hard Skills: Bachelor's degree or ongoing in Administration, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, IT, or related fields; advanced Excel (including Power Query, complex formulas, charts, and pivot tables); proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, interactive reports); SQL knowledge for data queries; minimum 2 years experience as a Data Analyst; familiarity with structured databases, ETL, and report automation.
* Soft Skills: Analytical thinking and logical reasoning; clear communication and presentation skills; proactive problem-solving; organization and multitasking; flexibility in dynamic environments; teamwork and systemic thinking.
