Job Description:
The primary purpose of this role is to plan, coordinate, and execute the content strategy for Hartwell companies, including SONCO Safety Marketplace.
The Content Analyst will ensure all website content is SEO-driven and aligned with Information Architecture (IA) best practices to improve search rankings, organic traffic, and user experience.
This role includes creating product descriptions for new product pages, developing content for all website pages, social media, producing customer success cases, and building alliances with organizations, associations, and LinkedIn communities to generate co-marketing initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
* Plan, create, and distribute valuable content.
* Lead the development and optimization of website product pages, ensuring excellent user experience and strong SEO performance.
* Ensure website content supports the SEO strategy, including keyword targeting, internal linking, and Information Architecture improvements to enhance rankings and crawlability.
* Collaborate with design, video, and content writing teams to produce high-quality, SEO-driven content.
* Plan and write customer success stories and blog posts for our website. Conduct customer interviews to gather accurate information and brief the copywriting team effectively.
* Define and pursue alliances with organizations, associations, and LinkedIn communities for co-marketing initiatives.
* Review and refine digital ad content to ensure consistency and performance alignment.
* Develop attractive, original content to attract and retain users.
* Distribute content across channels (website, social media, email, blog).
* Own and optimize the customer review process.
* Support the marketing team by conducting client surveys.
* Measure, analyze, and present results of content strategy efforts, including SEO and organic performance metrics.
Skills and Competencies required:
* Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills in English.
* Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with WordPress.
* Knowledge of web publishing requirements and content structuring best practices.
* Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics.
* Understanding of Information Architecture (IA) principles and how content structure impacts SEO and user experience.
* Strong familiarity with various social media platforms.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to use own initiative to progress work and to work to deadlines.
* Flexible and creative attitude toward problem-solving.
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across business units.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Fluency in English is mandatory, with the ability to write and interact with the US-based team.
