Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic business developer to identify and develop opportunities across major social media platforms.
This role combines business development, content partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions within the creator economy. As a business developer, you will identify high-potential channels, engage with creators, evaluate monetization opportunities, and structure commercial partnerships that support our growth strategy.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Identify high-revenue potential YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat channels aligned with business goals
* Engage with content creators and/or channel owners to assess value and potential
* Develop and present commercial proposals to creators and channel owners
* Onboard new partners into operational processes
* Explore and analyze new opportunities across social platforms to accelerate company growth
* Collaborate closely with platform managers, data/strategy team, and executives to align business opportunities with strategic priorities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken
* Strong understanding of the creator economy and social media content monetization
* Genuine interest in digital content and the evolution of social platforms
* Proven negotiation and deal-making abilities
* Ability to craft compelling commercial offers and proposals
* Strong autonomy, organization, and project management skills
* Experience in business development, partnerships, or M&A related to digital media or entertainment
