* Must speak and write professional English
* Knowledge in Email Etiquette
* Personal Computer or Laptop with a Stable Internet Connection.
* Minimum requirements - Windows: 15.6" AMD Ryzen 7 5800U, 1,9-4,4 GHZ / AMD Radeon Vega 8 / 32GB / SSD - 512GB
* You enjoy use and understand computer systems.
* Computer skills, fast and accurate keyboard writing speed
* Un-Interrupted Electricity and or UPS(power backup)
* RPG Games knowledge, Mobile Gaming, PC Gaming, Console Gaming, E-sports Knowledge is a must.

Job Description:
Answering players questions via Email only.
Helping resolving player issues and guiding them to the right answers.
Troubleshooting and providing technical solutions
Working, Training, and communicating with the teams in English.
Fully Remote
