Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
* Support and guide multiple Scrum teams, promoting healthy team dynamics and efficient workflows.
* Partner with enterprise Agile Coaches to improve team performance and delivery.
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices, ensuring a unified approach to Agile methodology.
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum of Scrums and SAFe practices.
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts.
* Experience working with distributed, global teams.
